1. Offer Overview
True Level Concrete guarantees that the first concrete pour will be completed within 2 days of arriving on site and commencing preparation works, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Conditions of the 2-Day First Pour Guarantee
The 2-day guarantee is dependent on the following:
a. Weather Conditions
- The guarantee is void in the event of unsuitable or unsafe weather, including but not limited to heavy rain, storms, extreme heat, or other conditions that prevent safe preparation, pouring, or correct concrete curing.
- True Level Concrete reserves the right to postpone works where weather conditions may affect the quality of the finished project or the safety of workers on site.
b. Job Description & Scope
- The guarantee applies only to projects where the scope of work has been clearly defined and approved prior to commencement.
- Changes to the agreed scope, additional work requested by the client, or previously undisclosed site conditions may affect the project timeline.
- The site must be accessible and ready for works to commence as agreed.
c. Trade Availability & Site Readiness
- The guarantee is dependent on all required trades, machinery, materials and concrete suppliers being available and ready to proceed.
- Delays caused by third-party contractors, suppliers, site access issues, council requirements, engineering requirements, permits or other external factors outside of True Level Concrete's control are excluded from the guarantee.
3. Exclusions
The 2-Day First Pour Guarantee does not apply where:
- Site conditions differ materially from what was presented or reasonably identified during the quoting process.
- Additional excavation, levelling, demolition, removal of materials, drainage work or unexpected site preparation is required.
- Delays are caused by the client, including restricted site access, delayed approvals, changes to the scope or late communication.
- Weather, safety concerns or circumstances outside of True Level Concrete's reasonable control prevent preparation or pouring from proceeding.
- The size, complexity or requirements of the project make completion of the first pour within the promotional timeframe impractical.
4. General Terms
- True Level Concrete reserves the right to modify, pause or withdraw this promotion at any time.
- The offer applies to eligible new bookings made during the promotional period.
- Eligibility for the 2-Day First Pour Guarantee will be confirmed by True Level Concrete prior to commencement of works.
- Standard True Level Concrete payment terms, warranties and service conditions continue to apply.
5. Acceptance
By proceeding with a booking under this promotion, the client acknowledges and accepts the Terms & Conditions outlined above.
